Good news everyone! One of my favourite dubstep artists is performing live at the Patronaat (Haarlem, Netherlands) on May 31st, during the Dikke Dubstep event. Of course, I’m talking about Benga! Also performing are Kromestar (Dubsteppers) and 2562 (Tectonic). Tickets are available from Ticketmaster and are €10,- (ex. fee). Really excited to go!

I’ve known this self titled album from the Canadian act Holy Fuck for a while now, but I thought it would make a nice addition to my collection. Already released in 2005 on Dependent Music (Canada), I was still able to obtain a copy. I would love to give you a link to buy a copy yourself, but I can’t find one. Even Juno doesn’t have it. Songs to look out for: Casio Bossanova, and Tonebank Computer.

Finally; a month late I finally have this tune! Really sick dubstep tune from Benga and Walsh, called Addicts. It recently came out on the UK Texture label. Also got to love the flipside, called Megatection, by Darqwan. I think you can purchase it at Juno.

Released a month ago, still not reviewed; Metanarrative by Claro Intelecto (Modern Love). First heard this at MAH‘s show and really enjoyed the song Beautiful Death. So I decided to give the album a go, and I really liked the ambient electronic music that it is. I don’t really have a favourite, I guess, but I would pick Operation as one of the best. Currently out of stock at Juno.
