This one has been in the top downloads of Beatport Minimal for some time now, and I forgot about this track – a bit – but it’s a really nice minimal track. This track is a remix of ‘My Little Ladybirds‘ by Giash and Til Yali. It came out already September last year on Shovel Records (Russia) , but it’s still a nice track. The B-side contains a track called ‘What is it‘ by Giash and Robbie, which is a minimal monster as well. Oh and check out the sleeve and see what you make of it.

After his debut EP called ‘Born Invincible‘, Sukh Knight is back with a track featured on the True Tiger compilation EP called ‘Around the World Vol. 1‘. I especially admire Sukh Knight‘s track called ‘Diesel Not Petrol‘. It has this really sick angry vibe inside. The subs are just mad from time to time. I really love this one! Other tracks featured are ‘Down‘ by DZ, ‘Whisper‘ by Scandalous Unlimited, and ‘Piranha‘ by The SubDivision.

It has been a while since I last posted some dubstep; well there’s good news for ya. Besides this new rare track by Sukh Knight I’ve been checking, this was at the top 2008 of dubstep tracks at Juno. Really like this one, especially since I have not heard a proper dubstep song in ages! This EP by 16 Bit is called ‘PCP‘ (Urban Essentials, Netherlands), and I really, really love the self-titled A-side. Also the violins in the B-side called ‘President of Europe‘ is mad! Really buy this stuff at Juno, ’cause this is gold!

This is another track that was in the Beatport 20 of 2008, the ‘Do Us Part‘ remixes by Par Grindvik. This release covers two remixes by Len Faki and 2000 and One. Len Faki‘s remix was featured in the 20 of 2008 and is a really solid track to begin with. 2000 and One adds his typical funky Dutch trademark by using the same trippy synth hooks but also adding funky bass patterns and warped synth fx! All and all an amazing release on Adam Beyer‘s Drumcode (Sweden).

A few days ago, I came to talk with a friend of mine, who goes by the name of Bas van Dijk. He has his own blog, also using WordPress, and he is using ‘pretty’ permalinks in his blog. So I decided to do the same. WordPress by default takes care of URL handling for you, except for the “index.php”, which stays present in the middle of your URL (these are called almost pretty permalinks). After a long day of digging, I found the solution.
