Ah yes, a nice track I heard Friday on Hey! Music, by Michel de Hey (Fresh FM). This track inspired me so much, I had to rant about it. I never heard of Dani Casarano and Felipe Valenzuela actually, but their new EP called ‘Tia Anita‘ (Andes Music, Chile) is definitely worth a listen. The ambient and almost tribal sounds make this a very nice tech/minimal track for us to enjoy. Be sure to check out the remix by Alejandro Vivanco, which is the version played on the radio.

You know what has been bugging me for quite some time now, that is the favicon used by Google Reader. Well, not actually the favicon, but I figured there are several. The one used currently is the one I like most is this one: . But, sometimes my Firefox bookmarks display a different one, like this: , or a smoother version like this: . My guess is one is sent via the web server directly, the other is via a HTML line in the document’s head. Anyway, whatever the reason is, glad I got it out of my system.

I had not heard a thing from Bart van Wissen for a long time now (actually 6 months since his last real post). But great news, a new EP is coming out on Deepology (Russia), called ‘The Bee’s Knees‘. A preview can be heard on his MySpace, and I can’t wait for the actual release to arrive, which should be late February. I’ll keep you posted.
