I had never heard from Shur-I-Kan before, but Bart van Wissen pointed a track of his out on his Twitter, called ‘Simply Yes – (Magik Johnson remix)‘. I decided to dig into this artist and noticed some nice stuff, like his discography and his podcasts. I’ve been listening to a few, and I quite like his picks and sounds. So be sure to subscribe to those!
Quite a while ago, I already posted about this magnificent track some time ago. But now I found a set of remixes which literally blew my mind! District One a.k.a. Bart Skils and Anton Pieete did a remix on Rejected‘s ‘Let’s Go Juno‘ (Rejected Music, Netherlands), which is absolutely thrilling. On the flip side there’s a remix of ‘Cliché‘ by Polder. Both very, very big remixes! Really worth a listen.
As posted earlier today, I already found a bug in my solution for the ISAPI_rewrite RewriteRule; it did not handle more results of the search results properly. I think I’ve now fixed this bug by changing my previous rewrite rule:
RewriteRule ^/wordpress/(?!images)(?!wp-[^\?\/]*)([^\?]+)$ /wordpress/index.php/$1
Into:
RewriteRule ^/wordpress/(?!images)(?!wp-[^\?\/]*)(.*)$ /wordpress/index.php/$1
About a month ago, WordPress 2.7.1 was released. Consult the list of fixed tickets and the full set of changes between 2.7 and 2.7.1 for details. I updated just a couple of minutes ago, and everything seems to be working just fine. All my plugins seem to work, so let me know if anything is wrong.
In addition, I installed Post Templates; a WordPress plugin by Vincent Prat. This way, it saves me time to add new releases to my homepage, and also other posts like updates and charts will become more convenient. Also, this plugin seems to be working fine.
There is only one WordPress bug now remaining in my site, concerning my mod_rewrite rules I posted about earlier. Apparently, I’m not able to go back to page 2 of the search results. I will try and fix that as soon as possible.
My apologies for not posting in like almost a month now, but I managed to set together a decent chart for February. I’ll hope to post more about those tracks inside the charts due next month. For now, the charts of February 2009:
